Support Finder helps connect individuals and families living inQueensland with the right professional support services.
A Just in Case - Support Finder Mental Health crisis resource was launched in the Toowoomba region in 2018.
With various changes, funding from local Councils, State and National organisations and a partnership with Queensland Police it was launched in all Southwest Queensland regions between 2020-2022.
With further funding in 2024, a website was created having the foundational principles of an informal connection process, a self-managed procedure and being rapidly accessible to all individuals and families seeking after-hours crisis support in Queensland.
